THE INTRODUCTION OF SOCIAL INNOVATIONS IN ENTERPRISES OF LIGHT INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE

Annotation:

Enterprises of light industry in Ukraine urgently need a real state preferences in the form of loans, payment of interest thereon, increasing the volume of state orders and adjustments to the regulatory framework. We need stronger duties for imported goods and, primarily, regulation and control of the domestic market. And while the government is working to draft regulatory documents, enterprises solve the problem of restoring the industry by finding new resources within enterprises. The article formulates a conceptual vision of social innovation, their basic characteristics and conditions of implementation. Proved the positive impact of social innovation at the enterprise level.. the directions of implementation of social innovations at the enterprises of light industry and proposed measures for their implementation. Emphasized the need to recognize the important role of the individual employee in the enterprise, knowledge and skills for effective action
