THE PROSPECTS OF IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF GERIATRIC INSTITUTIONS

Annotation:

In the article the reasons that cause the need to improve HR geriatric institutions. The most important among them is the deteriorating economic situation in Ukraine, insufficient funding for geriatric institutions. Proved possible factors that increase the efficiency of the institution is a financial and human aspects, but increased funding geriatric institutions today is problematic, because the first level of urgency goes staff and management. The article substantiates that guarantee effective personnel management is flexible, adapted to the conditions of the present organizational structure, focused on the balance of Conduct and proper care wards geriatric institutions.
